Beauty subscription service FaceTory has become the latest brand to jump on the sheet mask bandwagon.

After two years of delivering curated boxes of Korean sheet masks to US beauty fans, the company has decided to put all that experience to good use by developing its own skincare product.

The result is 'Sun Bae', a soothing aloe mask that promises to cool the complexion after a day at the beach.

Thanks to an ingredients list that includes aloe barbadensis leaf extract and jojoba seed oil, the mask aims to soothe and hydrate the skin, as well as unclogging hair follicles.

The addition of betaine, a humectant, helps the skin retain moisture, giving a smooth, radiant glow.

The brand plans to release further sheet masks in the future, but for now, 'Sun Bae' will be available as part of its Theme Box subscription plans.

FaceTory, which launched in 2016 as the K-beauty trend exploded in the US, is not the only brand to launch its own Korean-inspired beauty line of late.

Last month saw the beauty retailer Peach & Lily, a go-to destination for US-based fans of Korean beauty products, unveil its own beauty line, following months of teasing.

The five-piece collection includes an 'Original Glow Sheet Mask,' as well as a 'Super Reboot Resurfacing Mask', a 'Glass Skin Refining Serum,' a 'Pure Beam Luxe Oil,' and a 'Matcha Pudding Antioxidant Cream'.

Meanwhile, drugstore giant CVS recently launched Joah, a K-beauty-inspired cosmetics line created by KISS Products, Inc.
