Ba&sh has signed a long-term lease at the city’s P.C. Hooftstraat with owner Vastned Retail Nederland B.V.

Prior to the opening, the 200 m2 store will be renovated.

Amsterdam’s P.C. Hoofstaat has proved to be a popular retail destination lately. In recent months, a number of luxury fashion houses as well as high-end labels have announced upcoming store openings at the street, which is located between Amsterdam’s city centre and residential neighborhood, Oud-Zuid, close to sights such as the Rijksmuseum. Isabel Marant, Fendi and Hermès are among the labels that have announced upcoming branches at the street, which already houses shops by Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Furla, Oger, Michael Kors, Max Mara, Jimmy Choo and Prada.

Ba&sh, which was founded by Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief, is known for its simple Parisian look. Since fall 2017, the collections of the French duo have been available in the Netherlands at department store chain, de Bijenkorf.

An exact opening date for Ba&sh’s brick-and-mortar debut in Amsterdam is yet to be announced.
