UK lingerie brand Something Wicked has just unveiled a completely new line, called Jade, which its says "is blurring the line between underwear and outerwear.”

The company showed the Jade AW18 collection at Salon International de la Lingerie in Paris and Dessous in London this month and it will drop in-store from June.

The 10-piece range will retail from £79 to £189 and includes a variety of crossover items including a leather Japanese-style belt, a mesh dress and two kimono-style robes that moves the firm away from pure lingerie into the made-to-be-seen area.

The company is offering a wide size range from XS to XL and 32A to 38D, with all items UK-made.

Company managing partner Steff McGrath said of the launch: “With the trend ‘underwear as outerwear’ rising in the last year, we saw this as the opportune moment to create a new range. The Jade collection complements our existing ranges, such as Nina and Montana, and shows how lingerie can be worn in less intimate situations."

The company has used a mix of materials for the collection, including Japanese plonge leather and French Chantilly lace.

Overall, the Something Wicked brand has had a good year and said it has managed to secure a number of international stockists during the period.
