Denim Première Vision is continuing its tour of Europe, as the B2B trade fair that welcomes professionals specialising in denim pushes forward with its roaming concept. After a second London-based edition last December, the event is returning to Milan on 10-11 June, when it will set up at Superstudio Piu, but the show has also put a pin in a new location for later this year: Berlin.

The German capital has long been a European hub for denim fashion, hosting major professional trade fairs such as Premium and Bread & Buter, which attracted iconic brands from the sector, as well as multibrand retailers from all over the continent.

The golden age is undoubtedly over, but Berlin has maintained a strong link with denim culture. It is with a view to making contacts among brands from Germany, as well as from Benelux, Eastern Europe and Scandinavia, that Denim Première Vision has decided to take over Arena Berlin from 24 to 25 November 2020. The venue, which hosted fashion trade fair Seek from 14 to 16 January earlier this year, is located on the banks of the Spree in the centre of the German capital, between the Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain neighbourhoods.

The textile trade fair's organisers are hoping to attract some 2,800 local businesses, ranging from young independent designers to established brands, as well as students from Berlin's 11 fashion and design schools.

At its latest London edition, Denim Première Vision reported that it received 2,000 visitors from 43 countries. The Berlin show will present the latest trends for Spring-Summer 2022, as presented by some 100 industry players.
