Following its 2008 opening of its first European store in Covent Garden the heart of London, Original Penguin has just opened its second location.

The preppy brand, owned by the U.S. group Perry Ellis, has moved into the new Westfield Stratford city shopping center, which faces the Olympic Stadium that will host the 2012 Olympic Games.

This location is only a first step for the brand. Also in London, beginning November of this year, Original Penguin will set up shop in the Box Park mall in Shoreditch. The brand plans another opening in Britain by the end of the year and has announced further European expansion plans for 2012.
