Première Vision and Indigo NY expecting 237 exhibitors

Première Vision and Indigo will take place between the 15 and 16 January in New York. The fabric tradeshows are gaining momentum stateside, seeing the number of exhibitors increase by 13% to total 237 this edition.

Premiere Vision will be showcasing 27 new exhibitors this edition with a grand total of 106 companies. This marks a 19% increase one the January 2012 edition for the 15 or so countries that make up the show (including Italy, France, Japan, the United Kingdom and Brazil.) As for Indigo, a total of 131 exhibitors will be present, equating to an increase of 8% on the previous edition. Amongst those are 12 new faces, coming from the United States, Switzerland, Holland, Spain and Brazil.

Between the 10 and 11 January 2012 the two shows saw 3,818 visitors pass through its halls, an increase of 27%. Switching from their staggered start dates, the two shows will now be held in parallel in January and July, with a view to “strengthening the synergy between them to provide a richer and more complete offering to the American fashion industry,” according to the organizer.

This development comes as Première Vision Paris is working towards further growth and as Denim by Première Vision breaks its own attendance records.
