Maureen Gray has retired from Ralph Lauren after 19 years at the company. Her role as Vice President of International Trade will not be replaced. During her tenure, Gray advocated for key fashion industry issues in Washington, DC.

While at Ralph Lauren, Gray served as chairwoman of the U.S. Fashion Industry Association beginning in 2011. She worked with USFIA president Julia Hughes to help the 200-member association, which includes J.C. Penney Co. Inc., Kohl's Corp., Pacific Sunwear of California Inc., Levi Strauss & Co. and Macy's Inc., navigate through trade policy issues.

Gray also participated in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement between 12 nations, which was signed in early February 2016. If fully enacted, the TPP would help lift trade barriers to facilitate U.S. imports of apparel, textiles and footwear. She will maintain her post until USFIA elects a new chair in the latter half of 2016.
